Our company has started to manufacture wheels and castors for furniture industry, hospital, market service equipments and industrial transportation vehicles with trademark Dalgıç Teker in 2004. For furnitures, wheels are made of polypropylene and polyproylene with thermoplastic tread in 38mm, 40mm, 50mm, 75mm diameter, with fixed or swivel castor choises, with plate fitting, bolt hole fitting, screw and stem fitting fixing choices.
For industrial transportation applications, light, middle, heavy, extra-heavy duty and stainless type castors are manufactured.
Light duty type castors are made of sheetmetal with 2mm thickness, swivel or fixed, and wheels in 80mm diameter made of rubber(steel center), rubber(polypropylene center), polypropylene and polypropylene with thermoplastic tread.
Middle duty type castors are made of sheetmetal with 3mm sheetmetal thickness and includes polypropylene, polyamide, rubber(steel center), rubber(polyproylene center), polypropylene with thermoplastic tread wheel choices in 80-100-125-150-200mm diameters.
Heavy duty type castors are manufactured from sheetmetal in 5mm and includes polyamide, cast iron and cast iron with rubber tread wheels in 80-100-125-150-200mm diameter.
Extra-heavy duty type castors consist of sheetmetal with 8-10mm thickness and wheels made of cast iron, cast iron with rubber tread and super polyamide.
Stainless type castors are made of stainless steel sheetmetal with 2-2.5-3mm thickness with polyamide and polypropylene with thermoplastic tread in 80-100-125-150mm diameter.
Service equipment type castors which is used in market cars, hospital applications and service vehicles are made of sheetmetal in 1.5-2-2.5-3mm thickness and polypropylene with thermoplastic tread wheels in 50-75-100-125mm diameters, fixing choices like bolt hole fitting, plate fitting, screw and stem fitting.
